Continuous five-axis metal milling opens up the production of impellers, turbine blades and complex moulds. Spindles running at up to 18,000 rpm with through-tool internal coolant ensure optimal chip evacuation and extend insert life. This delivers not only excellent dimensional stability but also shorter machine times while maintaining the required surface quality.
Every process route is optimised in advanced CAM software. Programmers simulate toolpaths before the cycle starts, eliminating collision risk and optimising the cutting process. The result is efficient production that meets the technical specifications defined in ISO 2768-mK and stricter standards.
Metal machining and logistics across Europe
Our production facility sits in a strategic location that enables fast, flexible distribution of finished parts. Our plant in Ladce, Slovakia, is an ideal hub for deliveries within Slovakia and for export to European Union countries. Proximity to major transport corridors reduces logistics costs and shortens lead times for our B2B partners.
We ensure a steady supply for industrial companies across the surrounding engineering region, home to numerous machinery and automotive subcontractors. Shipping components to any other region according to the client's purchasing requirements is a matter of course.
The logistics process is fully integrated with our ERP system, guaranteeing accurate order tracking from material receipt through to final dispatch. Packing of machined parts follows strict internal procedures to prevent mechanical damage or corrosion in transit. We use special anti-corrosion films and custom-designed fixtures for geometrically complex components.
Parts manufactured to drawing
Successful cooperation with design offices rests on strict adherence to the specified parameters. Parts are manufactured to drawing from supplied 2D drawings and 3D models in STEP or IGES format. Our engineers analyse the requirements for material, heat treatment and surface finishing in order to propose the most efficient production route.
We process a broad range of technical materials, from common structural steels to difficult-to-machine alloys. The most frequently milled materials include:
- Tool and heat-treated steels: for moulds, punches and highly loaded machine assemblies.
- Aerospace aluminium (EN AW 7075): for components requiring low weight and high strength.
- Stainless steels (AISI 304, 316L): for the food and chemical industries.
- Titanium alloys and brass: for specific applications in medical technology and electrical engineering.
For each material we select a specific cutting tool geometry and set of cutting conditions. This approach minimises residual stress induced in the workpiece and prevents subsequent distortion once it is released from the fixture.
Metrology and quality control of machined parts
Precision CNC milling is impossible without rigorous inspection of dimensions and geometric tolerances. In our climate-controlled metrology laboratory we use 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify that the manufactured part conforms to the CAD model. Every production batch undergoes in-process and final inspection in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Alongside dimensional accuracy we place strong emphasis on machined surface quality. Roughness testers are used to evaluate Ra and Rz parameters, and we routinely achieve surface roughness from 0.4 µm. To achieve a mirror finish or a specific texture we apply finishing operations such as fine milling with coated solid carbide cutters.
Measurement reports and 3.1 material certificates to EN 10204 are issued automatically with delivered components. These documents give buyers and engineers confidence that the supplied parts meet all the mechanical and chemical properties defined in the original specification.

Our capacity is adapted to varied market requirements, from functional prototypes through to medium-sized batches of thousands of pieces. For the automotive industry we supply clamping fixtures, welding jigs and components for assembly lines.
