Precision metal machining and material options

We process a broad range of materials, from structural steels to difficult-to-machine alloys. We turn 304 and 316L stainless steels for the chemical industry. For the aerospace sector we machine titanium and duralumin, where the strength-to-weight ratio is critical. Every material requires a specific strategy defined in our CAM systems. Surface and geometry parameters:
- Surface roughness: We routinely achieve Ra values from 0.4 µm.
- Roundness: Strict adherence to form tolerances per ISO 2768-fH.
- Hardened parts: Hard turning of materials up to 60 HRC.
