Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Metal One, s.r.o. (Company ID: 45 976 031, VAT ID: 20 231 680 70), located at Janka Kráľa 470/33, 018 63 Ladce (the "Supplier"), and the customer ordering CNC machining services.

1. Subject

The subject is custom manufacturing of parts by CNC milling, turning, grinding and engraving according to technical documentation supplied by the customer (DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES).

2. Order and Quote

• Inquiries are submitted via the contact form or by e-mail with attached documentation.
• A quote is typically prepared within 24 hours.
• The contract is formed upon written confirmation of the order by both parties.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are set individually based on complexity, material and quantity. Payment is made by invoice with the due date stated on the invoice, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Delivery Terms

Standard lead time is 3–14 working days depending on complexity. Express production is available for urgent orders. Delivery is EU-wide.

5. Claims and Warranty

The customer must inspect parts upon receipt. Obvious defects must be claimed without delay, no later than 7 days after receipt, by e-mail at info@metalone.eu.

6. Withdrawal from Contract

As this is custom manufacturing to the customer's specification, withdrawal after production has started is not possible without reimbursement of incurred costs.

7. Final Provisions
